| 1 | pound | cranberries | |
| 1 | x | water | as needed |
| 6 | ounces | frozen orange juice concentrated | |
| 2 | tablespoons | artifical sweetener | granules, or 2 tablespoons regular sugar |
Wash cranberries, removing stems and soft berries.
Cook according to package instructions until berries are soft.
Add sweetener while cranberries are cooking.
Chop berries in blender or put through food mill.
Add 2 cups water.
Strain through cheesecloth or several thicknesses of nylon net.
Add orange juice concentrate and sweetener (if using).
Dilute with enough water to make 8 cups.

Last Christmas was a weird experience in itself. First of all, as a college student you get a longer Christmas break because you finish exams early....
These cheddar cornmeal biscuits are lovely, the colour just turned golden and brown, moist inside, and they were really yummy, I will definetly make it again for my family.
