| 3 | pounds | broiler chicken | cut |
| 1/2 | cup | flour, all-purpose | seasoned |
| 1/4 | cup | corn oil | |
| 1 | each | onion | chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | orange juice | |
| 1/4 | cup | lemon juice | |
| 2 | cups | cranberry sauce | whole |
Shake chicken pieces in a bag with seasoned flour.
Heat oil in skillet, sauté chicken turning once to browwn.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cover and cook slowly 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
