| 2 | each | garlic cloves | minced |
| 3 | tablespoons | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | cup | heavy whipping cream | |
| 1 | pound | crab meat | fresh |
| 2 | tablespoons | chives | chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | parsley leaves | chopped |
| 1 | x | salt and black pepper | to taste |
| 8 | each | phyllo pastry | sheets |
| 1/2 | cup | butter, unsalted |
In 3 Tbls butter, sauté garlic, and then stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute.
Add the cream and stir till thick. Stir in crab, chives, salt and pepper.
Fold the filo sheets so they are 6" x 6" brushing each layer with melted butter.
Put a big plop of the crab mixture in the center of each square, and fold into triangles.
Seal and brush top with melted butter.
Bake at 400~ for 15 to 20 minutes, until they look perfectly browned.
