| 1 | cup | onion | minced |
| 1 | cup | raisins, seedless | |
| 1 | cup | apples, tart | minced |
| 1 | cup | apple cider vinegar | |
| 2 | cups | sugar | |
| 1 | tablespoon | salt | |
| 1 | teaspoon | ginger | ground |
| 1 | teaspoon | nutmeg | |
| 1/4 | cup | cayenne pepper | |
| 1/3 | cup | lemon juice | |
| 3 | each | garlic cloves | minced |
Peel and mash bananas.
In a large casserole dish combine all of the ingredients.
Bake in a 350 degrees oven for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
When thickened, ladle into sterilized jars and seal.
