Ingredients

8 pounds pork shoulder butt boneless, cubed
1 each sweet red bell pepper
3 tablespoons salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons sage dried

Directions

Assemble food grinder with desired grinding disc.

Grind pork.

Combine pork and seasonings. Shape into patties or stuff in link sausage, using the sausage making accessory.

Let set.
