| 2 | cups | cottage cheese | |
| 3/4 | cup | sugar | |
| 1 | package | custard powder | |
| 2 | teaspoons | vanilla extract | |
| 3/4 | cup | milk | |
| 1 | x | pie shell (9 inch) | unbaked |
| 2 | each | egg yolks | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | lemon juice | |
| 3 | tablespoons | butter | melted |
| 2 | each | egg whites | beaten stiff |
Blend together the cottage cheese, egg yolks, sugar and salt.
Add the next five ingredients, beating them in.
Lastly fold in the egg whites.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 325F for 30 minutes.
