| 1 | cup | cottage cheese | |
| 6 | each | egg | |
| 6 | tablespoons | flour, all-purpose | |
| 6 | tablespoons | vegetable oil |
Whip all ingredients up in the blender until smooth.
Spoon onto hot griddle and turn as you would any other pancake, when the bubbles appear, etc.
Usually when I make these, I make them quite small - must be a carry-over when the kids were small and they wanted zillions of tiny pancakes instead of 2-3 regulara sized ones.

Delicious! The sauce is wonderful and I will use it for other pasta dishes. Also, substituted buffalo mozzerella because Trader Joes did not have the shredded kind - but, it worked well.
