Another succulent corned beef dish that will have you hooked just by making it! Tastes wonderful over rice.

Ingredients

4 pounds corned beef brisket
1 x water
1/2 cup onion chopped
2 each garlic cloves, minced or garlic powder
2 each bay leaves
1 each cabbage head, cut into wedges

Directions

Placed corned beef in crockpot, barely cover with water. Add onion, garlic and bay leaves. Cover and cook on LOW for 9 to 10 hours. If cabbage is desired, lift corned beef out of pot, turn to HIGH and drop wedges of cabbage into broth. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes. Remove and serve.
