| 4 | cups | cabbage | shredded |
| 1 | cup | onion | chopped |
| 3 | cups | mashed potatoes |
Prepare corned beef according to package directions.
Toward the end of the roasting,cook the cabbage and onion in a small amount of boiling salted water for 15 minutes.
Drain. Stir into mashed potatoes. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.

Awesome, at Thanksgiving I made this delicious carrot and tarragon tart, we enjoyed it, it was more than a main dish, so I served it as one of the main dish, I think the mustard gave the whole tart very tasty flavor, wonderful.
