Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter softened
1 1/2 cups apples peeled, chopped
1 can biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
1/3 cup brown sugar firmly packed
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup corn syrup, light
1 1/2 teaspoons whiskey if desired
1 each egg
1/2 cup pecan halves
Glaze
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon milk

Directions

Combine cake ingredients to form batter.

Once batter is created, pour into pan and bake in a preheated oven until done, about 40 minutes.

Combine glaze ingredients and glaze cake (that should be cooled).
