Combine cake ingredients - batter will be stiff.
Grease and flour pan.
Put in cake ½ mixture and sprinkle with ½ sugar mixture - swirl - layer with the other ½ of each.
Swirl again.
Bake at 350℉ (180℃) F for 50 to 55 minutes The cake gets very brown before done.
