| 4 | ounces | couscous | |
| 1 | tablespoon | brown sugar, dark | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 3 | tablespoons | yogurt | plain, non-fat |
In a small sauce pan bring 3/4 cup water to a boil.
Stir in couscous, sugar, and cinnamon.
Remove from heat.
Stir in yogurt.
Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork.
Divide evenly in four bowls.

This was a good recipe for my 14 year-old to try for his global studies class. Not too ethnically different for an american teen-ager's taste buds. At least they didn't say yuck right away to the ingredients. Thanks for having such a great site!
