Ingredients

24 slices bread, white soft
16 ounces cream cheese softened
1 1/2 cups sugar divided
2 each egg yolks
2 teaspoons cinnamon ground
1 cup butter melted

Directions

Flatten bread with a rolling pin.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and yolks.

Spread on bread; roll up, jelly-roll style.

Combine cinnamon and remaining sugar.

Lightly dip rolls in butter, then in cinnamon-sugar.

Place on ungreased baking sheets.

Bake until golden.

I love this Quinoa and Smoked Tofu Salad, I bought 1 package smoked tofu a couple weeks ago, then found this recipe, it is really delicious, I added some basil instead of the mint, and I bought some purple bell pepper last Saturday, so I used purple pepper, they are awesome.
