| 16 | ounces | pound cake mix | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | vanilla extract | |
| 2 | ounces | chocolate (semi-sweet) | melted, cooled |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| Cinnamon chocolate glaze | |||
| 1 | ounce | chocolate (semi-sweet) | |
| 1 1/2 | tablespoons | butter | |
| 1/2 | cup | powdered sugar | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 2 | tablespoons | water | hot |
Grease and flour a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
Prepare cake batter according to package directions; add vanilla.
Place about one-third of the batter in medium bowl;stir in melted chocolate.
Stir cinnamon into remaining (plain) batter.
Pour cinnamon batter into prepared loaf pan; spoon chocolate batter on top.
Swirl batter with a knife.
Bake in 325 degrees F oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Remove cake from pan and place on wire rack; cool completely.
Drizzle with Cinnamon Chocolate Glaze.
Place chocolate and butter in small microwave safe bowl.
Microwave on medium for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring once until melted.
Stir in powdered sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.
Stir in hot water until mixture is pourable.

Tips for presenting a holiday dip with class....
I think this cake is good when you top it off with the cream cheese icing, like on a carrot cake or a swedish nut cake.
