| 2 | pounds | roast beef | cooked |
| 6 | tablespoons | milk | |
| 1 | tablespoon | flour, all-purpose | |
| 3 | large | eggs | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 4 | teaspoons | salt | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper |
Combine milk and flour; stir into eggs.
Combine self-rising flour, salt and pepper.
Dip roast beef chunks in egg mixture and dredge in flour mixture.
Fry in hot deep fat until browned and heated through.
Drain on absorbent paper towels and serve hot.

General:Bay Leaves come from the sweet bay or laurel tree, known botanically as Laurus nobilis. The elliptical leaves of both trees are green, glossy, and grow up to 3 inches long....
we made this recipe for a party of ±100. the skewers were cooked on the griddle just before serving-it came out great!
