Ingredients

1 clove garlic sliced
1 teaspoon ginger root fresh, grated, or ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds ground
1/2 teaspoon cardamom seeds ground
1/4 teaspoon mustard seed
1/4 teaspoon coriander ground
1/2 teaspoon turmeric ground
1/3 cup water
1/4 teaspoon hot chili peppers fresh, hot
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions

Process everything together into a smooth mixture that will be as thick as toothpaste.

Refrigerate with a jar with a tight cover.

Use when needed.
