| 1 1/2 | cups | oreo® cookie crumbs, reduced fat | |
| 1/4 | cup | margarine | melted |
| 3 | tablespoon | sugar | granulated |
| Filling | |||
| 1 | envelope | gelatin | unflavored |
| 1/2 | cup | water | |
| 3 | ozs | chocolate unsweetened | unsweetened, squares, melted and cooled |
| 14 | ozs | milk, sweetened condensed | fat-free |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 2 | cups | whipped topping, prepared | thawed |
To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Press mixture firmly in a 9 inch pie pan. Spread crumb mixture evenly in pie pan.
Chill 1 hour, or until firm. Or, bake in a 375 oven for 10 minutes or until edges are brown.
Cool on rack before filling. To prepare filling, combine gelatin and water in a saucepan.
Let stand one minute. Over low heat, stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Cool. In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, gelatin mixture, and vanilla extract.
Mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into crust. Chill three hours or until set.

I found this dish verey good, and being I'm a Huge Romulan fan enjoyed the Name:) I have maed this dish 3 times twice i changed it, as I realy dont like apricots, I used Dried Peach Halves once and Dried Necturien Halves once, I myslef prefer the pech halves. Either way the dish is quit good, all the ingredents go well together. Of course I washed it down with some Romulan Ale.
