suggest servings
| 2 | packages | cooked pudding mix | chocolate |
| 3 1/2 | cups | milk | |
| 2 | tablespoons | butter | or margarine |
| 1 | x | chocolate (semi-sweet) | squares |
| 1 | each | pie shell (9 inch) | 9 inches, baked, cooled |
Combine pudding mix and milk in saucepan; add butter and chocolate.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full bubbling boil.
Remove from heat.
Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.
Pour into shell and chill 3 hours.
Garnish with whipped topping and chocolate curls, if desired.
Plastic wrap may be placed on surface of pie filling before chilling.

This is a great dish to serve guests when you really want to impress them. Looks wonderful to the eye, especially using yellow and red peppers for some contrasting colours. And the taste is perfect for summer or any season. Very light and fresh with little bursts of flavors and textures.
