Chocolate Malt Shoppe Pie

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup butter melted
1 pint vanilla ice cream melted
1/2 cup malted milk balls crushed
2 tablespoons milk divided
3 tablespoons malted milk powder instant, chocolate
3 tablespoons marshmallow cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 x whipped cream additional
1 x malted milk balls additional

Directions

Combine crumbs and butter; press into a 9 inch pie pan.

Freeze.

Meanwhile, blend ice cream, crushed malted milk balls and 1 tbsp milk in a mixing bowl.

Spoon into crust; freeze for 1 hour.

In a mixing bowl, blend malted milk powder, marshmallow creme and remaining milk.

Stir in whipping cream; whip until soft peaks form.

Spread over ice cream layer.

Freeze several hours or overnight.

Before serving, dollop whipped cream around edges of pie and place a malted milk ball on top of each dollop of whipped cream.

Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

This was exactly what I was looking for...the traditional recipe for a moist, delicious cake. My 12-year-old daughter made it for her birthday. We thought it was awesome! We also used less powdered sugar (3/4 pkg). No wonder it won a blue ribbon!!
