| 3 | cups | brown sugar | |
| 1/3 | cup | soy milk | |
| 1/3 | cup | oatmeal milk | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1 | teaspoon | coconut extract | |
| 4 | tablespoons | cocoa powder | unsweetened |
| 4 | cups | rolled oats |
Mix sugar and milks in a pot, and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla and coconut extracts.
Stir in cocoa, and mix until blended. Stir in oats.
Mix well, should make a very stiff dough. Spoon onto a cookie sheet, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

very very delicious, the dough is almost like cake batter. Quite possibly the best sugar cookie I have ever eaten.
