110 minIf you’ve ever had a grasshopper brownie and thought “I need more of this in my life," here’s your recipe.
The base is a classic fudgy brownie loaded with pecans. On top of that goes a layer of cool, minty frosting that sets up in the fridge. And crowning it all? A drizzle of melted semi-sweet chocolate that hardens into a glossy shell.
Three layers. Three textures. One brownie that disappears faster than you can cut the second row.
Kitchen Tips
- Let each layer chill completely before adding the next so they stay distinct and don’t bleed together
- A drop of green food coloring in the mint frosting makes them look extra festive for the holidays
- Use a hot, dry knife to slice clean squares through the chocolate glaze without cracking it
