Ingredients

1 package instant pudding mix, chocolate low-calorie
1 1/2 cups milk, skim
1/2 teaspoon liqueur grand marnier or cointreau, orange flavor
1/2 teaspoon liquid butter flavoring
1 each egg white
2 teaspoons fructose
4 tablespoons whipped topping, prepared low-calorie

Directions

In small bowl, combine pudding mix and milk.

Microwave at HIGH 5-7 minutes, or until slightly thickened, stirring 2-3 times.

Stir in Grand Mariner and butter flavoring.

Cover top of pudding with wax paper.

Let cool. In small bowl combine egg white and fructose.

Whip until egg whites form stiff peaks.

Fold in pudding. Spoon in serving dishes, chill.

Serve with low-calorie whipped topping.

I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS RECIPE FOR A LONG TIME. I FIRST SAW IT BACK IN 1995 OR 1996 IN TASTE OF HOME MAGAZINE AND IT WAS DELICIOUS!! TRY ADDING A LITTLE BROWN SUGAR TO THE TOMATO SAUCE MIXTURE. IT MAKES A PERFECT GLAZE FOR THESE MEATBALLS.
