Ingredients

2 cups butter
4 cups flour, all-purpose
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups sugar
5 cups oatmeal
24 ounces chocolate chips
2 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 each chocolate bar grated
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 cups nuts chopped
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Measure the oatmeal and blend in a blender to a fine powder.

Cream the butter and both sugars.

Add eggs and vanilla; mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda.

Add chocolate chips, chocolate bar and nuts.

Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Very easy and quick. Used penne pasta in lieu of linguini. My wife said I was wasting my time, kids would not eat. But, they LOVED it, said they want it again tomorrow. Son said 'you really out-did yourself dad'. Next time I think I'll add some capers.
