Ingredients

1 1/2 cup oreo® cookies cookies, finely crushed
2-3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
24 ounces cream cheese (3x8-ounce packages), softened
14 ounces milk, sweetened condensed one can
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips mini
1 teaspoon flour, all-purpose

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine crumbs and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Toss 1/2 cup chips with flour; stir into cheese mixture.

Pour into prepared pan. Top with remaining chips. Bake 55 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Refrigerate leftovers.

Crock.Pot Ribs

Very good, meat ended up very tender! I would suggest adding some more sauce about an hour before you take it out, besides that, it was very good.
