4 small loaves
suggest servings
| 2 | cups | bananas | mashed |
| 1 | tablespoon | orange | rind, grated |
| 1/3 | cup | orange juice | |
| 3 | large | eggs | |
| 1 | cup | brown sugar | packed |
| 1/3 | cup | vegetable oil | |
| 2 1/2 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | cup | chocolate chips | |
| 2 | teaspoons | baking powder | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | baking soda | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | nutmeg |
In bowl, blend bananas, rind and juice.
Beat in eggs.
Stir in sugar and oil.
Combine flour, chocolate chips, baking powder and soda, salt and nutmeg; stir into banana mixture just until blnded.
Pour into 4 greased 5-3/4- x 3-1/4-inch loaf pans.
Bake in 350 degree F oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until tester inserted comes out clean.
Let cool in pan on rack for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and let cool completely on rack.

I used to make and eat these when ws growing up, and they are so good and quick n easy to make.
