| 4 | ounces | chocolate (semi-sweet) | |
| 1/4 | cup | butter | |
| 1 | tablespoon | amaretto liquer | |
| 1/2 | cup | nuts | finely chopped |
Melt broken chocolate; remove from heat.
Stir in Amaretto.
Add butter, a tablespoon at a time, beating with a wire whip until smooth and creamy.
Chill 5 to 10 minutes to firm mixture.
Drop by teaspoon and roll into nuts.
Keep truffles refrigerated until ready to serve.

I have come to the conclusion that my first year in college was definitely a weird one. There were new experiences and events I was a part of; some I liked and others that have easily been forgotten. ...
This was a very good recipe!! It was really easy to make! I changed it a little bit by pouring spagetti sauce over the stuffed pepper and melted a thick layer of Provolone cheese on top. I put it over spagetti! Tasted GREAT!!!!!
