Ingredients

6 ounces chocolate (semi-sweet) semi-sweet chips
2 1/2 cups vanilla wafer finely crushed
1/3 cup red wine sweet
1/4 cup honey
2 cups walnuts ground
1 x sugar granulated

Directions

Heat chocolate chips and honey in 3-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted.

Remove from heat.

Stir in vanilla wafers, walnuts and wine.

Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar.

Store Chocolate-Wine Balls in tightly covered cookie jar or metal can.

Let stand several days to blend flavors.

Flavor improves with age up to 4 weeks.

Butternut Squash and Pearl Barley Pilaf

Fairly nice recipe, I used my leftover butternut squash, and these mixture were really tasty, it really impressed me, with fresh lemon zest and lemon juice, mixed well with cilantro leaves, it is a great recipe. I will make it again later for sure.
