Cold brewed coffee blended with creme de cacao, white creme de menthe, and half-and-half until frothy. A boozy iced coffee that tastes like a chocolate-mint dream. Serves 4.

Cold brewed coffee gets blended with creme de cacao for chocolate depth, white creme de menthe for a cool mint kick, and a generous pour of half-and-half for richness.
Blitz it all until frothy, pour over ice, and you’ve got four tall glasses of something that splits the difference between a coffee shop drink and a cocktail.
It’s refreshing enough for a hot afternoon and indulgent enough to close out a dinner party.
Variations
- Frozen version: Add a cup of ice to the blender and blend until slushy for a frozen coffee cocktail.
- Non-alcoholic: Replace the liqueurs with 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup and a quarter teaspoon of peppermint extract stirred into the coffee before blending.
- Mocha boost: Add a tablespoon of cocoa powder to the blender for an even richer chocolate punch.
