Giant chocolate chip cookie rolled flat like a pizza crust, topped with sweetened cream cheese, chocolate pudding, and chopped nuts. Cut into wedges with a pizza cutter. A semi-homemade dessert pizza that steals the show at any gathering.

70 minIt’s a dessert pizza built on a giant chocolate chip cookie, and it’s exactly as good as it sounds.
Store-bought cookie dough gets rolled into a 13-inch circle on a baking stone and baked until golden and crisp.
Once it cools, a layer of sweetened cream cheese goes down first, then a thick blanket of chocolate instant pudding made with half and half for extra richness.
Chopped nuts on top add crunch, and the whole thing gets sliced into wedges with a pizza cutter.
Five ingredients, minimal effort, maximum applause.

- Let the cookie base cool completely before adding the cream cheese layer. Warm cookie plus cream cheese equals a melted, sliding mess.
- Use half and half for the pudding, not milk. It sets up thicker and tastes richer, which matters when it’s spread on a cookie.
- Flour the dough and the roller generously when rolling. Cookie dough is sticky and will fight you without it.
- Loosen the cookie from the stone with a spatula while it’s still slightly warm. Once it cools and sticks, you’ll need a chisel.

Preheat oven to 375℉ (190℃).
Roll cokie dough into a ball and flatten.
Dip dough and pizza roller in flour and roll cookie out into a 13-inch circle on 15-inch Baking Stone.
Bake cookie for 12 to 15 minutes or until browned.
Let cool 10 minutes.
Use serrated bread knife or spatula under crust to loosen from stone.
Cool completely.
Combine cream cheese and sugar; set aside.
In batter bowl combine half and half and instant pudding with the 10-inch whisk.
Let set until firm, about 5 minutes.
Spread cream chees mixture on thoroughly cooled cookie base.
Layer pudding mixture over cream cheese layer.
Chop nuts with the food chopper and sprinkle over cookie.
Chill until served.
Cut with Pizza Cutter.
