Ingredients

1 cup butter
3 cups sugar
6 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups flour, all-purpose
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup chocolate (semi-sweet) semi-sweet chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup nuts chopped

Directions

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.

Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.

Combine flour, cocoa and baking powder.

Stir into creamed mixture just until blended (do not overmix).

Pour into a greased jellyroll pan(15x10x1inch).

Sprinkle with chips and nuts.

Bake 350 degrees 30-35 minutes.

Portobello Mushrooms and Pasta

This was excellent - I had to add in a few button mushrooms because I didn't have enough portobello's but I don't think it altered the flavor too much. My whole family (including my 3 year old) loved it. I served it over spaghetti that I had whipped up earlier in my pasta machine. It was a very quick and easy dish to prepare that would easily be worthy of company...bravo!
