My older sister made this recipe and just called it "Chinese." Very cheap,simple and delicious! What could be better? Enjoy!!

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
6 7/8 ounces rice-a-roni beef flavored
4 ounces mushrooms, canned drained
5 ounces water chestnuts sliced and drained
1 1/4 ounces seasoning envelope stir-fry
5 dash soy sauce

Directions

Brown ground beef in a large skillet stirring to seperate;drain and set aside.

According to package directions, adding cooked beef, mushrooms,waterchestnuts,seasoning envelope and soy sauce when you add the hot water.

Simmer, covered, until rice is tender, about 15-20 min like the box says, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

Add extra soy sauce if desired.

Yum!

Breakfast Potato Casserole

Easy and pretty good casserole. I used ground pork sausage instead of bacon. Kind of bland, though. I thought the onion wasn't necessary.
