Directions

Combine chicken, sauce, onion, cumin, oregano and salt in a saucepan.

Simmer 5 minutes or until most of liquid has evaporated.

Brush one side of tortillas with butter.

Spoon about ½ cup of mixture on unbuttered side of tortilla.

Top with cheese, fold over and bake in a dish for about 15 minutes.

2nd try. I believe the nutritional values on this recipe to be wrong. There would be carbohydrates because tortillas are used...tortillas have carbs.

For those who really do read the nutritional values, 15 grams of saturated fat is a whole lot of bad fat!!!

This recipe could be tweaked a bit, and provide a great tasting, healthier chimichanga!
