| 2 | pounds | ground beef | |
| 1 | medium | onion | chopped |
| 1 | each | green bell pepper | |
| 2 | cans | tomatoes | with green chiles, diced |
| 1 | can | tomato puree | |
| 1 | can | tomato sauce | |
| 1 | package | chili seasoning mix |
Cook ground beef, onion and pepper in a large stock pot until meat is browned.
Drain excess drippings. Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
