Ingredients

1/2 cup green spanish style olives
1 pound ground turkey or ground turkey sausage
1 large onion chopped
1 each jalapeno pepper fresh, stemmed, seeded, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons chili powder
7 ounces green chili peppers diced
28 ounces tomatoes, canned
30 ounces kidney beans
1/8 teaspoon cloves ground
Toppings
1 x corn chips
1 x cheddar cheese shredded
1 x cilantro chopped
1 each limes cut into wedges
1 x yogurt unflavored

Directions

Slice olives; set aside.

In a 4-5 quart pan over high heat, combine turkey, onion, jalapeno, and oil.

Stir often until meat is crumbly and brown, about 20 minutes.

Stir in chili powder, green chilies, tomatoes (break up with a spoon) and juices, beans and liquid, cloves, and olives.

Simmer uncovered, to blend flavors, about 15 minutes.

Serve in bowls; offer toppings to add to taste.

Baked Salmon

This is absolutely delicious! Instead of using oil/bread crumbs, I used italian seasoned bread crumbs and melted salted butter. The butter gave it a nice flavor. Just be careful as you know butter burns fast. This was really a hit!
