| 1 | bag | tortilla chips | baked |
| 8 | ounces | cream cheese (nonfat) | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | cheddar cheese | fat-free, divided |
| 1 | can | vegetable dip | spicy, fat-free |
| 1/2 | cup | scallions, spring or green onions | chopped |
Spread cream cheese in bottom of oven safe serving dish.
Layer 1 c cheddar cheese over that and pour/spread chili over cheeses.
Top with reserved 1/2 c cheese and bake at 375 degrees F. for 30 min or until bubbly.
Top with raw onions and serve with tortilla chips.
