| 4 | each | garlic | crushed |
| 3 | Cans | tomato sauce | large |
| 3 | Cans | tomatoes | large, stewed |
| 3 | Cans | red kidney beans | large |
| 12 | ounces | green chili pepper | bo ortega |
| 1 | can | salsa | |
| 3 | ounces | chili powder | watkins |
| 5 | pounds | ground chuck (ground beef) | |
| 1 | Bottle | red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco) | red devil |
Fry Onions, Celery and garlic until onions are transluscent.
Put in large Cast iron or stainless pot.
Brown Ground Chuck in skillet. Drain off liquid, and put in pot.
Quarter tomatoes, and add to pot. Add kidney beans and tomato sauce to pot .
Bring to boil, turn down heat and simmer slowly for 1hours, stirring often, to keep from sticking.
Add green chili salsa, salt, chili powder, hot sauce (to taste).
Simmer for two more hours.

Many people won’t be aware of this statement, but February 3rd is probably going to be the unhealthiest day of the year. The reason for this is because Super Bowl XLII is being held at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona....
