Ingredients

2 pounds meat for chili
2 pounds beef, round steak ground
2 cans tomatoes
4 each green chili peppers long
2 pounds red beans or pinto beans, pre-cooked
2 large onions chopped
2 each sweet red bell peppers chopped
2 each green bell peppers chopped
3 packages chili seasoning mix hot
1 package bean seasoning
1 can beer

Directions

Brown chili meat and ground round.

Chop peppers and onions.

Combine all ingre dients and cook very, very slow over low fire 5-6 hours, stir occasionally.
