Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
2 each onions chopped
2 cans tomatoes, canned, crushed
2 cans pinto beans, canned, with juice
1 can tomato paste
5 tablespoons chili powder
1 x garlic powder

Directions

BROWN BEEF, AND REMOVE FAT.

FRY ONIONS UNTIL SOFT.

ADD GARLIC POWDER TO TASTE, AND THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS.

SIMMER 2 HOURS, STIRRING OCASSIONALLY.

Eggplant Stuffed Peppers

This was a very good recipe!! It was really easy to make! I changed it a little bit by pouring spagetti sauce over the stuffed pepper and melted a thick layer of Provolone cheese on top. I put it over spagetti! Tasted GREAT!!!!!
