Ingredients

1 cup chickpeas (garbanzo beans) cooked
1 x garlic powder to taste
3 tablespoons salad dressing, italian
1 x salt to taste
1 x black pepper to taste

Directions

bread with lettuce and tomato slices. Mash chickpeas with fork and add seasonings.

Serve on toasted whole wheat bread with lettuce and tomato slices.

Baked Salmon

This is absolutely delicious! Instead of using oil/bread crumbs, I used italian seasoned bread crumbs and melted salted butter. The butter gave it a nice flavor. Just be careful as you know butter burns fast. This was really a hit!
