Ingredients

4 each chicken breasts boneless
2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
1/2 cup marsala wine
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1/4 cup parsley leaves chopped
1 x salt
1 x black pepper
3 cups minute rice dry

Directions

Dredge chicken in flour, sprinkle on salt, pepper, and tarragon.

Brown in hot oil/butter, remove from heat. Deglaze skillet with wine.

Add broth, stirring and cream with mustard. Stir until thickened, return chicken to pan.

Serve over rice. Garnish with parsley.

Chocolate Tea Bread

This is a moist easy bread.There are not many recipes for Choc.Bread(I dont know why) but once you have this one you wont need another.Rises nicely of course the buttermilk is the trick,dont subsitute!Also this is not too sweet which should please some.
