| 3 | each | onions | sliced thinly |
| 4 | each | apples | peeled, cored, thinly sliced |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | tablespoon | curry powder | |
| 1 | each | chicken | whole, cut up |
In 3 quart casserole, mix together onion and apples and sprinkle with salt and curry powder. Mix well. Arrange chicken, skin down, over mixture. Sprinkle generously with paprika.
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes or in a crockpot for 6 hours on high heat.

It was very good. I took the advice of the previous reviewer and used 1 teaspoon seasoning salt. I used covered pots at the end instead of foil (not sure if that matters)
