Ingredients

4 each chicken breasts cooked, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup onion chopped
12 each corn tortillas torn small
2 cans soup, cream of chicken
1 can pet milk
1 can green chili peppers seeded, chopped
8 ounces swiss cheese grated

Directions

Combine and mix chicken, soup, milk, onion and chili peppers.

In casserole dish, place a layer of tortillas, layer of chicken mixture and layer of cheese.

Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.

Bake at 350 degrees F. until hot and cheese is melted.

Carol's Favorite Vegetarian Chili

Great recipe! I was surprised at the consistency.. I didn't think it would be chili like, but the mashed beans made all the difference! I did add about 1/2c water while cooking and I add water every time I reheat. Excellent!
