| 4 | each | chicken breasts | cooked, cut into bite-size pieces |
| 1/2 | cup | onion | chopped |
| 12 | each | corn tortillas | torn small |
| 2 | cans | soup, cream of chicken | |
| 1 | can | pet milk | |
| 1 | can | green chili peppers | seeded, chopped |
| 8 | ounces | swiss cheese | grated |
Combine and mix chicken, soup, milk, onion and chili peppers.
In casserole dish, place a layer of tortillas, layer of chicken mixture and layer of cheese.
Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees F. until hot and cheese is melted.

I am not a winter person. But I must admit, there's nothing like a hearty winter meal followed by a good brandy or...
Great recipe! I was surprised at the consistency.. I didn't think it would be chili like, but the mashed beans made all the difference! I did add about 1/2c water while cooking and I add water every time I reheat. Excellent!
