Ingredients

2 each garlic cloves minced
8 ounces mushrooms fresh, sliced
1 small sweet red bell pepper sliced
1/2 cup almonds slivered
1 can water chestnuts diced
1 can soup, cream of mushroom
3 cups chicken cooked and cubed
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 each scallions, spring or green onions chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 can chow mein noodles

Directions

In large skillet, sauté garlic, mushrooms and red pepper in 1-2 tablespoons butter until soft.

Add remaining ingredients except chow mein noodles.

Heat through.

Put in 11x7 or 9x13 pan.

Top with chow mein noodles.

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
