| 10 | cups | chicken meat, cooked | diced |
| 10 | cups | celery | chopped |
| 2 | bundles | scallions, spring or green onions | with tops, sliced |
| 2 | cans | green chili peppers | (4 oz each), chopped |
| 1 | can | olives | drained, sliced |
| 2 | cups | almonds | slivered |
| 5 | cups | cheddar cheese | shredded, divided (20oz.) |
| 2 | cups | mayonnaise | |
| 2 | cups | sour cream | |
| 5 | cups | potato chips | crushed |
Combine the first 6 ingredients.
Add 2 cups cheese. Mix mayonaise and sour cream; add to chicken mixture and toss.
Spoon into 2 greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dishes.
Sprinkle with chips. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered, at 350, for 20-25 minutes or until hot.
