| 2 | each | chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless | |
| 2 | cups | apple juice | |
| 2 | each | pears | cut up |
| 1 | package | herb stuffing mix | stove top |
Brown chicken breasts in oil, add the apple juice and cut up pears.
Add the seasoning packet from the stuffing mix.
Cover and cook 5- 10 minutes over medium heat.
Remove from stove and add the stuffing, mix and stir.
Cover and set aside for 5 minutes.

Nice recipe, I have maken this recipe for several times, all my family and friends love it, and using low-fat yogurt is very delicious and healthy, and sometimes if we can't finish it, we just put the leftover in the refrigerator, the next day tastes even better. It is one of our favorite recipes.
