Submitted by Manuel
Crunchy caramel-coated Corn Chex mixed with toasted coconut, peanuts, milk chocolate morsels, and raisins. An addictive sweet-salty party snack mix that disappears fast.

Corn Chex, shredded coconut, and peanuts get baked low and slow in a bubbling brown sugar and corn syrup glaze until every piece is coated in crunchy, caramelized goodness.
Once cooled, milk chocolate morsels and raisins join the mix for pockets of melty sweetness and chewy fruit in every handful.
Bag it up for gifts, pour it into bowls for game day, or just eat it straight from the pan. No judgment here.
Pro Tips
- Stir every 15 minutes during baking. Skipping this step means clumps on the bottom and bare cereal on top.
- Add the chocolate morsels only after the mix has cooled completely, or they will melt into a smear instead of staying as distinct chips.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. If it lasts that long.
