Ingredients

2 cupw cherry tomatoes red and/or yellow
2 tablespoons scallions, spring or green onions finely chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 x salt
1 x black pepper
6 x tortilla chips servings, optional
Herb blend
1 each garlic clove
1/3 cup cilantro packed fresh
2 each jalapeno peppers

Directions

Coarsely chop tomatoes and herb belnd in a food processor or with a knife.

Stir in onion and lime juice.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Present in a small bowl and scoop onto cucumber slices or tortilla chips makes about 2 cups.

In a bowl, combine garlic, cilantro, and chiles (stemmed and seeded).
