Fat-free cherry cheesecake bars with cinnamon cookie crust, creamy lemon-kissed filling, and glossy cherry topping that tastes like splurging but keeps calories in check.

These layered bars start with a spiced cinnamon cookie crust that bakes up crisp, then get topped with tangy cream cheese filling that sets up firm enough to slice cleanly.

Cherry pie filling crowns the whole thing in glossy red swirls, finished with a cloud of whipped topping and crunchy grape nuts for texture contrast.

The secret? Fat-free cream cheese and liquid egg substitute keep it light while lemon juice brightens every bite.

Kitchen Tips

  • Spray the pan well so the cinnamon crust releases easily
  • Let the filling bake until just set (don’t overbake or it cracks)
  • Cool completely before adding toppings so they don’t melt into the filling
