| 1/2 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | tablespoon | sugar | |
| 1 | teaspoon | lemon zest | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1 | each | egg yolk | |
| 1 | tablespoon | butter | |
| 2 | cups | cream cheese | |
| 1 | cup | sugar | |
| 1/2 | tablespoon | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | teaspoon | orange zest | |
| 1 | teaspoon | lemon zest | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 5 | large | eggs | |
| 2 | each | egg yolks |
Mix crust ingredients; press into a baking pan.
Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees F. Combine filling ingredients; mix well, and pour into baked crust.
Bake at 375 degrees F. for 10-12 minutes.

This is a microwave great recipe! Note: I found the 7 minute time frame to be the best with a 1000 watt microwave. Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy this coffee cake.
