A whipped cream cheese mousse gets layered with buttery graham cracker crumbs and fresh blueberries in parfait glasses. Two layers of each, stacked up so you can see every gorgeous stripe.
15 minutes from fridge to table. That’s it.
Serve them right away or chill them for later. Either way, they disappear fast.
Kitchen Tips
- Whip the cream to stiff peaks before folding it in so the mousse holds its shape in the glass
- Use clear glasses for the full visual effect of those layered stripes
- Swap blueberries for sliced strawberries, raspberries, or mixed berries depending on the season
Variations
- Crush some Oreos instead of graham crackers for a cookies-and-cream version
- Drizzle each layer with a little warm lemon curd for extra zing
Ingredients
Directions
In a medium-sized bowl, with an electric beater on medium speed, combine the cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, butter, and granulated sugar; mix well.
Distribute half of the crumb mixture evenly over the bottom of 6 to 8 parfait glasses or dessert dishes.
Top evenly with half of the blueberries, then half of the cream cheese mixture.
Repeat the layers and serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
